At ACEE Health Services, we understand that support needs don’t always fit into business hours. That’s why our After-Hours Crisis Support is designed to ensure NDIS participants receive safe, timely, and professional care whenever a crisis arises—day or night.
Whether it’s a sudden emotional distress, an urgent need for care, or a situation that can’t wait until morning, you are never alone.
After-Hours Crisis Support is immediate, short-term assistance provided outside of standard support hours—usually evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays. This service ensures you’re covered during moments of high stress, risk, or vulnerability.
We respond to:
Sudden behavioural or emotional crises
Accidents or medical concerns
Urgent personal care needs
Unexpected changes in support or living arrangements
Welfare checks and overnight monitoring
Emergency coordination or escalation
Our trained support staff work calmly and quickly to help you stabilise the situation, stay safe, and get the care you need.
This support is available to:
NDIS participants who require urgent assistance outside normal hours
Carers or family members concerned about a participant’s wellbeing
Supported Independent Living (SIL) residents needing overnight support
Organisations needing after-hours backup for participants under their care
If your plan includes core supports or crisis management needs, our team will work with your support coordinator or case manager to make this service available and seamless.
Life can be unpredictable—but with ACEE Health Services, you’ll never have to face it without support. Our After-Hours Crisis team is here to respond, stabilise, and care when it matters most.
